At Vividtales Studios, every project is approached with significant creative planning, production time, and resource allocation from the moment work begins. By proceeding with our services, clients acknowledge and agree to the following refund policy.
Once a project has officially started — including concept development, planning, modeling, animation, rendering, editing, or any production-related work — all payments made become non-refundable.
This policy exists because substantial time, expertise, and production resources are invested into each project from the initial stages onward. Even if a project is paused, canceled, or delayed by the client after work has commenced, refunds will not be issued for completed or ongoing work.
Prior to the start of production, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. However, once production has begun, the client fully agrees that no refunds, chargebacks, or payment reversals will be accepted.
By working with Vividtales Studios, the client confirms acceptance of this refund policy and all related service terms.
